Just like the Step version, but with the addition of a unique toe bail, the Clip accommodates boot without toe welts. Ready for anything from endurance-testing routes like Howse of Cards to your favorite waterfall ice, the Sabretooth's genius lies in its unique second-point configuration that provides balance and control on dicey surfaces. Serrated points grab and pull better than crampons without, and one size fits all design ensures a proper fit for precision on snow, ice, and mixed terrain. These crampons rock! A few
things that set them apart from other crampons 1. the unique secondary point
configuration providing more stability. 2. Versatility-these things can be used
on steep technical ice as well as low angle mountain travel.(BD has done away
with their ôtechnicalö crampon because this thing does it all) 3. very light.
