The Petzl Sarken LL mountaineering crampon is designed for extreme mountaineering. If you've got a lot of steps to take before you reach the summit, and each step needs to be made with precision, the Sarken is your crampon. Built for steep snow and ice conditions, as well as mixed climbing, the Sarken keeps you moving through any high alpine condition. The low profile, lightweight anti-snow system prevents slippage in sticky snow conditions. Petzl's Leverlock binding system is designed for mountaineering boots with a rear sole overlap. The Leverlock system secures the crampon snugly, allowing you to traverse, climb, and focus on the important things like putting one foot in front of the other, not about whether or not your crampons can keep up.
